Return Policy
All products sold by Capish are made-to-order, meaning that each item is made to order. When you complete an order, it is automatically sent to our production partner, who will embroider and ship the product directly to you as a customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to change, cancel or exchange your order after it has been sent to production.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specific instructions or that otherwise have a clearly personal character.
Since our products are made to order, they are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you cannot cancel your purchase once production has begun.
Right of complaint
You have the right to complain about a product if it is faulty according to the Consumer Sales Act. Examples of faults covered by the right of complaint:
* Wrong model or color of the cap
* Damaged item upon delivery
* Production error
Complaints should be made as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days after you receive the goods.

* Order number
* Description of the error
* Clear pictures showing the problem
We will return within 14 days with information and further instructions.
Limitations on the right to complain
Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints that concern:
* Typos, color choices or other design choices that you specified when ordering
* Normal wear and tear or damage that occurred after you received the item
* Deviations that are within reasonable tolerance levels for embroidered products
